In the cartoon there is a part where Balu, the main character goes to rescue Mowgli, the Indian boy, from the apes. The apes, who are ruled by a King, live in the jungle among ruins of a "lost" civilization. They have kidnapped Mowgli because they want his to teach them how to be humans. As Balu battles the ape, the ape try to overrun him with a battering ram that has a carved head of an Afrikan man on its front end! The figure is clearly Afrikan, as it has black skin, and extremely large lips to go along with its prognasticism (jutting jaw). Now the question becomes, why is this Afrikan head there in India, among these apes, who want to be human? This smacks of racism.
Is Hollywood engaged in a conspiracy against Afrika people? Not exactly, you see this anti-Afrikanism begins in the Holy Bible itself. (This is a theme I take up in my book, Distorted Truths.) And since Afrika and black are often equivalent, you'll find this anti-Afrikanism reflected in Western languages negative definition of the word black. So Hollywood is just being consistent with the white supremacist views and values that are part and parcel of Western civilization.
